Conduct Policies for FeetFair.com

1. - FeetFair.com is a web site dedicated to female feet as aesthetic subjects, and contains no pornography. This subject matter is of an erotic nature to some, and viewer discretion is advised. While we firmly believe that female feet as an erotic subject is quite mild, we understand that some might be offended and put off by erotic content, no matter how mild.  We strongly advise those that might be put off by the contents of this site to leave at once.  This site is not intended for minors or people with personal or religious issues about eroticism.

2. - This web site and all graphical materials associated with it are in full compliance with U.S. Code Title 18 Section 2257 pertaining to the publication of photography and film in an electronic media. All models are 18 years or older. Model releases are on file for all images not exempted by statutes, and are on custodial record with the site administrator. Questions or comments regarding this web site may be sent to webmaster@feetfair.com.

3. - All our models have freely and personally consented to be in our site by signing a modeling release and presenting official U.S. Federal and/or State government issued picture IDs for age verification purposes. In some cases, official foreign documents, such as officially signed and stamped passports are accepted and kept on file. Most of the models are professional and are compensated to appear in FeetFair.com; some are available for foot fetish assignments with serious photographers only.  Please contact us if you wish to work with one or more of our models, but bear in mind that you will be asked to provide references and samples of your work.  A web site containing your work is strongly recommended.  Acceptance of work with an outside source is strictly left to the discretion of the model(s).  Please remember that our models have their very own private lives, complete with families and significant others, and they do modeling for a lot of reasons but are not interested in meeting strangers.  Our models appear on this site for professional reasons, and are not interested in dates and/or private meetings with our viewers, so please respect their privacy.

4. - FeetFair.com cannot and will not be legally or in any other way responsible for the contents of our links as any web site can change content abruptly.  We add links using our discretion and mostly for sites that are of related in content to our very own.  However, any links found to web sites endorsing child pornography, bestiality, hate groups and/or any other groups or individuals advocating violence and/or unlawful activities will be summarily removed and reported to applicable authorities. From time to time, our site will be linked to another site with questionable content, usually without our knowledge or consent, and not reciprocally endorsed in any way or form by FeetFair.com. When such cases occur, the web master and/or owner of the site in question is contacted, and told to unlink our site at once; usually, with a 24 hour period of grace granted. If our request is still not complied with, we then contact the offending site's Internet Service Provider directly, and advise them of the situation.

5. - It is the policy of FeetFair.com to forward personal correspondence to individual models, as long as the model consents, and the contents of the correspondence are not of a hostile, demeaning, vulgar or threatening nature.  All correspondence is pre-screened before it is forwarded to the applicable model and any mail that violates our guidelines will be discarded and the sender will receive no reply.  It is up to the discretion of each individual model as to whether or not answer any mail and FeetFair.com will not be involved in a model's decision. All models accepting correspondence are clearly activated with their own mailbox (i.e. tia@feetfair.com) which is indicated in their update profile. If the model doesn't show a mail option, that model will not accept mail, and any mail directed at her will automatically be discarded. Please refrain from sending models work offers through Feet Fair, as fan mail is only an option to send appreciation to models. If a model chooses to respond to fan mail, it will be through her own channels, and therefore Feet Fair will not assume any legal liability through such cummunications.

5a.  FeetFair.com cannot, and will not in any way shape or form assume personal and/or legal responsibility for any problems and/or conflicts which may arise as a result of third party communications and/or meetings through our email forwarding policy. Article 5a applies equally to all models featured on FeetFair.com as well as our viewing public.

6. - All contents in FeetFair.com are the sole property of the web master and may not be reproduced without written consent.  If consent is given, the proper credit should be given to FeetFair.com in the form of a link, an official banner, and at the very least, our logo must not be cropped or removed in any way. All FeetFair.com material is protected by all applicable copyrights laws, and may not be copied, distributed, or altered in any way or form. All images for distribution must be authorized by our web master.

7. - FeetFair.com is always looking to add new models so if you live in the New York City Tri-State Area (NY,NJ,CT) and think you can model for us, we ecourage you to get in contact with us.  If interested, we will need at least three recent photos of yourself, preferably showing your feet, and they must be sent in the form of a jpg, gif, or bitmap.  Please DO NOT send zip files as they will not be opened.  Business and personal references are available upon request.

8. - FeetFair is intended for a specific public sector and does not necessarily endorse other forms of fetishisms; our target viewers are lovers of female feet, shoes, legs, and other related subjects.

Thea 9. - Refund and Privacy Policy. Fairworks Productions will fully refund or exchange any product that is found defective, and was directly purchased through our site. All refunds and/or exchanges will only be issued to the original purchasing party.

As a matter of policy, Fairworks Productions will not divulge or distribute any client information to third parties, and that includes names, addresses, telephone, email, or any contact information pertaining our customers. We DO NOT sell, exchange or distribute mailing lists with any other sites or entities.

10. - We welcome all creative input or constructive criticism, so feel fee to write and tell us what's on your mind. Maybe there's a particular model which you wish to see more often, or maybe you have a way in which we can improve our site, all serious suggestions will be considered.
